I'm sorry for the frustration. I only had a problem downloading your
newest episode. I traced the problem to a mistake that we had made with
your account.
We had your account on disk with the wrong quota. According to our
records, you were over quota (which was incorrect), so when you tried to
upload your newest file,
we didn't allow it. Your file then showed up as 0mb in your Media Tab
and in your directory since we didn't allow the upload.
We've since adjusted your quota to be at the correct level. Please
delete the current 0mb listing of your file from the Media tab and
re-upload the file.

It's fucked up.I pay all the fees on time and have never been late to pay libsyn and this kind of shit has happened more than once and I hate it. It makes the Kings look like jackasses and were not.
